All Around Autumn Wreath

Monday again! I hope you had a good weekend.   I’m ready for the new week.  I spent the entire weekend getting ready for the upcoming Craft Fair in my Community that I’ll be participating in for the first time.  I’m excited and a little stressed but I’m sure it will be fun. I just never know when to stop creating, thus the stress!  The best part of craft fairs for me is chatting with everyone.  Since we’re fairly new in this Community,  I’m looking forward to meeting more of my neighbors.  If you participate in any fairs, does the prep stress you or do you really enjoy it?

Now for the reason you stopped by today…my card share.  I’m still really enjoying the Tidings All Around Bundle along with the Seasonal Wreath stamp set.  However, I’m particularly having a good time with the All Around Wreath Dies.  These dies are great with both the Tidings All Around and Seasonal Wreath stamp sets but they can certainly make wonderful cards on their own.

I used only the All Around Wreath dies to create this Autumn Wreath.  I cut the large detailed wreath out three times in: Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry and Old Olive card stock and offset them so that each color was visible.  I then added the smaller leaves in Crumb Cake and Rich Razzleberry card stock and the twigs in Crumb Cake.  The bow was created with the Cajun Craze Baker’s Twine from the Come to Gather Ribbon Combo Pack and Linen Thread.

The sentiment is from the Painted Harvest stamp set and is stamped in Cajun Craze ink.  I used a retired square punch to create the flagged ends of the banners.

I really like the Buffalo Check background for this card.  I stamped it with Crumb Cake ink on Whisper White card stock.  This is one stamp that has proven so useful to have.

The inside sentiment is also from the Painted Harvest stamp set.  The DSP is from the Come to Gather Designer Series Paper collection.

Here are a few other cards I created with the All Around Wreath dies…

This week is Book Fair in the Elementary School library.  I LOVE Book Fair!  The parents were setting it up on Friday afternoon and I saw so many books I want to buy for my grandson, Jack.  Glad I’ll be the first one in on Monday to get first choice (#job perk)!

Thanks very much for stopping by today and I hope you have a good week ahead.

Take care,

Rosanne

  4. I just love your wreath cards! So beautiful! I was wondering about the strip of DSP at the bottom of the envelopes. It looks awesome, but I was wondering if there would be any problem mailing these from the USPS? Thanks so much!

    • Thank you, Cherie. I haven’t heard that there are any problems with the envelopes after they go through the Post Office. I just make sure that the DSP is glued really well, especially on the edges.

  5. Outstanding use of this die. Your cards capture the seasons beautifully .
