I recently purchased (more than) a few stamps and dies from the new January collection from The Greetery called Nature Lover’s Collection. I completely fell in love with the heart shaped wreaths and so many of the sentiments in this collection. I know I’ll be spending many happy hours creating with these products.
My card today features the Mini Boxwood Wreaths stamps and dies along with the Love die. I also used the Love Is and Love Song Sentiments stamps.
I had this idea in my head for a few days debating if it would work. Amazingly, it turned our exactly the way I envisioned it. This is not something that happens very often for me. I usually labor over a design for a while and make several revisions along the way.
I’m giving this to my husband, Steve, for Valentine’s Day because he certainly is patient, kind and never fails. After Valentine’s Day and because I usually take back the cards I make for him, I’m going to figure out a way to create a home decor piece out of it.
I’m entering this into this week’s Paper Players theme challenge…
It snowed again last night here in PA and is so cold and frosty. And there’s more winter weather predicted for the weekend. I’m off from school until Tuesday and my car is in the repair shop…so I’m hoping to spend a lot of time in the craft room.
