Since deciding that as long as a stamp set is in my craft room it’s not really “retired”, I’m having a good time revisiting some old favorites. Today’s card features one of those sets: SU’s Sprinkles of Life. I created a cute little shaker card with a cupcake inside. The cupcake is lightly water colored with. The sentiment is from the SU Treat Bag Dies. I cut it twice in thick white cardstock and once in black to create the offset shadow. The striped paper is from the Sunny Studios Dots & Stripes Pastel 6 x 6 paper pad.
My inspiration for this card came from two challenges. I’m linking up to the Fusion Challenge…I went with both the sketch and the photo. Both played so well together.
…As well as the Tic Tac Toe Challenge #tttc147. I chose the middle row across: Shaker, Purple or Pink, Word Die Cut
I hope your having a good week. As always, thanks for stopping by today.
Take care,
Rosanne

I saw your cute card at the Fusion Challenge. Shaker cards are always fun and I really like that cupcake and your fresh style. I can sometimes get stuck using mostly my “current” stamps, but it is good to bring out the older stamps too. I like your mindset!
Beautiful card, Rosanne. I love the colors and a shaker card is always fun for any age. Enjoy your week!
