I have a clean and simple sympathy card to share today. I think sympathy cards need to be “quiet” and peaceful and that’s what I tried to achieve with this card. I had this beautiful embossed frame embossing folder in my stash for a very long time but never used it before this. It created such a pretty backdrop for the floral panel. This floral pattern came in the Simon Says March Kit, Hoppy Days. I absolutely love it and I’m currently on the hunt for more. I adhered it to a piece of Fresh Fig (retired SU) card stock and used foam tape to adhere it to the center of the embossed panel for a bit of dimension. The sentiment is heat embossed. Lastly, I added a gold embossed butterfly.
And here’s a peek at the inside…
The inspiration for this card came from the Freshly Made Sketches #532 Challenge
Once again, thanks so much for stopping by today and I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Awesome Card Where did you get the senitment stamp??
I love your use of that sweet pattern inside the embossed frame. That little golden butterfly is the perfect accent. Thank you for playing along with us at Freshly Made Sketches.
What a charming floral panel! Thanks so much for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches this week.
