Happy Monday! I had a hard time trying to come up with a title for today’s post. Honestly, I find trying to figure out blog titles the hardest part of blogging! For today’s card, the first thing that came to mind was it had a bit of a country vibe with the woodgrain and whitewashed floral background. Using the patterned paper as a jumping point, I created a white(ish) pumpkin using the Fancy Pumpkin die from Jaded Blossom. The sentiment is from Sunny Studios: Autumn Greetings stamp set.
Even though I enjoy making cards for many different seasons and occasions, I don’t send all of them. I really want to try to send most, if not all, the cards I make. I guess I want to make this a hobby with more of a purpose. So this year, I’m sending out Autumn cards, as well as Halloween and Thanksgiving. I figure why let them sit in my craft room when they can perhaps brighten someone’s day.
