Happy Labor Day! I hope you’re enjoying a relaxing holiday Monday and had a nice long weekend, as well. So it’s officially Fall, right? In my book, YES! I’m slowly transitioning to my fall decor, which I actually like even more than Christmas decorating. So, it’s no surprise that I’m ready to craft all things Fall, too. I pulled out all my autumn/halloween stamps and papers. I haven’t purchased many new products for the season, so I’ll mostly be relying on favorites from my stash.
Speaking of favorites, today’s card features a set that I’ve had for several (probably a lot) of years and never get tired of using this time of year. The set is called, Fortunes of Fall by Power Poppy Stamps. Power Poppy was and still is one of my favorite stamp companies. Although, I haven’t seen any new sets in quite a while. I know there are more digital images available, though. I’m not sure why I haven’t looked into using digital stamps. Perhaps I’ll have to explore this. I’d love to hear if you use them and if so, what you like about them.
The pretty pumpkin image is colored with Copic markers and cropped with SU Laying Ovals and Stitched Shapes. The image is heat embossed in copper and cut with a die from SU Pretty Pillow dies. The patterned paper is from DCWV Falling Leaves 6 x 6 pad.
I’m playing along with the Tic Tac Toe #177 Challenge HERE
I chose the third column down: Pumpkin, Stitching, Metallic
As always, thanks very much for stopping by today and I hope you enjoy the rest of your Labor Day holiday!
