I’m sharing a card I created for my oldest daughter, Elizabeth’s, big birthday. It’s hard to believe that one of my children could actually be 40 already! I know I’m aging but I don’t think of them as doing the same. Nonetheless, here we are!
Again, I reached into my stash to put together a special slimline card for a special girl on her special day! Most products on this card are retired Stampin’ Up! I stamped, heat embossed and hand cut the flowers and leaves from the Delicate Dahlias stamp set. They’re colored using Stampin’ Blends. I think they make a very pretty statement against black and white patterned paper (also SU). The sentiment is from the Dressed to Impress stamp set and also heat embossed and hand cut. The numbers are from a die set in my stash. I cut 3 sets out in white card stock and 1 set in white glitter paper and glued them together for some sparkle and dimension.
I hope the New Year is off to a good start for you. Thanks very much for stopping by today.
Take care,
Rosanne
