Garden in Bloom Birthday

Today’s cheerful birthday card features Stampin’ Up’s Garden in Bloom stamp set.  I’ve had this set since it first came out in last year’s catalog and this is the first time using it.  Not sure what I was waiting for! Flower Shop Birthday

Today’s card has all the elements for a beautifully feminine birthday card. The card base is Smoky Slate cardstock.  The Whisper White mat is cut with a die from the Lots of Labels framelits.  I stamped it off center so there was room for the flourish image from the Timeless Textures stamp set and the 3-D flowers. The Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper frame was created by cutting the next smaller framelit and then the next smaller one…
