A Swirly Scribble Note

Today’s card was inspired by the Stamp, Ink, Paper color challenge… The Swirly Scribbles Thinlits create such fun and whimsical flowers on this notecard. The card base is Whisper White thick cardstock with a mat of Smoky Slate and Whisper White cardstock. The flower swirls were cut from the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits in Elegant Eggplant and Perfect Plum cardstock. The leaves are from the Paisleys and Posies stamp set in the upcoming Holiday Catalog and were stamped in Old Olive ink on Pear Pizzazz cardstock.…

A Flourishing Note – GDP #045

The Global Design Project’s challenge this week is a bold and bright color challenge…. My card for this challenge is a clean and simple notecard. The card base is Smoky Slate with a mat of Basic Black and Whisper White.  The sentiment and flower are from the  Flourishing Phrases stamp set. The flower is stamped twice in Melon Mambo.  I cut the second flower to create a layered bloom and popped each layer with dimensionals.…
